Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP) is a level of aftercare catering to those who have recently graduated from inpatient treatment, but still need a more intensive level of ongoing, therapeutic support. The frequency of individual and group therapy sessions will depend on the needs of the individual – while some newly sober individuals may require five days of IOP per week, others may only require two. It all depends on the length of stay in inpatient treatment, and the progress that was made while there. Our IOP Program offers a host of additional resources, including medication management, family therapy (when possible), and an introduction back into day-to-day, drug-free living. Our staff of professional counselors will help each and every client transition back into their daily lives.
